Lunetron Upskill is an e-learning platform operated by Lunetron Web Services LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”), a DPIIT-recognized Startup India company and MSME (Udyam) registered software development firm based in Bengaluru, India. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you browse our courses, create an account, enroll in a course, or otherwise use the platform.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services, including:

• Account details: full name, email address, and password (managed securely via Supabase Auth)
• Profile information you add: phone number, bio, and profile photo
• Enrollment and learning data: courses enrolled in, progress, quiz/project completion, certificates earned
• Payment metadata: order amount, order status, and payment reference IDs from our payment partner (we never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or full payment details)
• Messages you submit through our contact form
• Technical data such as browser type, device information, and IP address, for security and analytics

We do not store any card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. All payments on Lunetron Upskill are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a licensed and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Our checkout pages are served over HTTPS/SSL encryption end to end.

• To create and manage your student account and dashboard
• To process enrollments, track course progress, and issue verified certificates
• To process payments and send order/enrollment confirmations
• To respond to support requests submitted via the contact form
• To improve our courses, content, and platform performance
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the platform — Supabase (database and authentication) and Cashfree Payments (payment processing) — or when required by law.

As a user, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information (editable from your Dashboard → Profile)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communication at any time

We retain account and learning data for as long as your account is active, so you retain access to your course history, progress, and certificates. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
